He knew the products very well and was able to identify exactly what we wanted. Delivery was prompt. I knocked a star off because the sofa was delivered with a part missing (power recliner, missing a power cord so only one side worked) and it took about a week to get that issue resolved, but it is resolved now and I would definitely shop here again.
