  Had a frustrating experience when several pieces we wanted were out of stock. Staff looked them up in the computer and said there were none in the warehouse, despite the fact that the website said they were in stock. We were advised that we could place a telephone order with another store or order online.

  The merchandise is a wonderful variety of goods. The floor staff, could use customer service training. One associate was a Snob. She told us what we were looking for were all over the tables. No Thanks to her, we found what we needed. The cashiers were great. Those ladies should be on the floor. I'm sure they would've been more helpful.
