  Good selection of fabric, mostly nice people, but I was really put off when I asked to talk about the price of a Bernina longarm. The first lady said she wasn't an expert but a lady who knew was nearly there. I waited and she proceeded to tell me I needed to come back when the longarm lady was there the next day. I drove 40 minutes to get there and won't be returning just to find out a price. I told her I'd tested one before and was in the comparison stage knowing all the features. They lost a very, very, very expensive sale because they tried to get me to inconvenience myself by returning another day when I don't even know if it's in my budget. I give it 3 because the shop was nice otherwise, as were the other ladies, but asking a customer to make that large of a sacrifice to *maybe* get their business is utterly insane. The other ladies were nice and helpful, but don't ask Judy for help!
