  Couldn’t be happier! Everyone was polite, courteous and professional. I had to wait for a little bit, but they fore warned me. They were able to squeeze me in and fix the problem with my iPhone. They took the stress out of a stressful situation!

  What’s the point of setting up an appointment 3 weeks ahead of time and still having to wait 2 hours. If you sell products that are in every other household you should have more than one store within a 20 mile radius. Absolutely ridiculous.
